Hawr Insurance began as clinic software in the Kurdistan Region — patient records, pediatric follow-up, appointments. Insurance came later, built on what that work taught us: coverage only means something if the clinic door actually opens.
How the network works
Hawr Insurance is not a marketplace. Every hospital, pharmacy, laboratory and medical centre in the directory holds a signed agreement with us — prices, procedures and responsibilities agreed in advance — so a cardholder walks in and is treated rather than negotiated with.
Listings are maintained by Hawr Insurance staff rather than by the providers themselves, and "In network" on a listing means what it says: the agreement is active today.
