Hawr Insurance grew out of clinic software in the Kurdistan Region — patient records, pediatric follow-up, appointments. Insurance came after that work, and was built on what it taught us: cover only means something if the clinic door actually opens.
So the network is contracted directly rather than assembled from whoever will take the card. Prices, procedures and responsibilities are agreed in advance, and coverage questions are answered person to person — in Kurdish, Arabic or English.
